A Double Doodle is a name given to the cross between a Labradoodle and a goldendoodle. It is an allergy friendly dog, in most cases. A dog that has hair, rather than fur so you are not going to find shedding hair everywhere, like you might with a lab or a golden retriever.
Another name for this cross is the North American Retriever. The reason for breeding the Double Doodle is to create not only a beautiful, allergy friendly pet, but a dog that has a calm disposition, with an eagerness to learn and serve type attitude.
Both parents are our own family dogs - a selection of colours are available, black, cream, gold
Double Doodles are hard to find! There are just a handful of breeders breeding this new breed in Ireland.
